Des’s experiences include mainstream retail and wholesale, consulting, community elected positions as advisor for the: Alice Springs Town Council; NT Housing, accommodation and development consent; tertiary education; health; desert knowledge economy; NT economic development and community government.

So it is with a great deal of holistic knowledge and hands-on financial business experience that Des guides the sustainability of this commercial enterprise ensuring a competitive base and realistic long term plans for employment, succession and service delivery.

pepperedBLACK®security is managed by Michael Campbell, a Central Arrernte man with over 15 years local experience in the security industry. Michael is well known and respected in Alice Springs and is committed to the town and local business.

His reputation is that of an approachable, non-judgemental, gentle and respectful man who has successfully worked as a security officer, workplace trainer and drug/alcohol counselor for many years. These personal qualities along with his vision to establish an indigenous operated security outfit in Alice Springs will serve to position pepperedBLACK®security as a culturally aware, flexible and competitive local company that has more to offer business operators in our
